Work Stress
Work stress is one of the most serious health problems currently affecting society in general because they harm workers and causing physical disability or mental development of their work activities.
One of the areas most affected, for work stress is the work of health, as in the nurses
These health professionals as a result of job stress suffer of symptoms as:
·         Headache.
·         Back pain.
·         Vomiting.
·         Increased heart rate.
·         Sleep difficulties.
·         Depression.
·          Anxiety.
·          Addictions.
·          Aggressiveness.
·         Decline in perceptions.
·         Memory decline.
The main causes of stress are:

·         Patients 'hysterical'.
·         Dealing with aggressive people.
·         See patients suffer.
·         Shortage of essential resources.
·         See a patient die "special".
·         Having an incompetent superior.
·         Diagnostic errors.
·         Work overload.
·         Giving bad news.

Alternative of solution

·         Make creative activities as like painting, cooking, embroidery or music playing.
·         Struggle to restore your balance. Take time to pray, exercise, think, read, do some physical activity, being alone or being with others.
·         As a precaution, make use of relaxation techniques during your workday: do short breaks healthy, look out the window, gives a tour of the building, drink coffee or tea.
